Appointments & Payment

To schedule an appointment, please contact our office at (609) 924-0496. The office manager who does scheduling is in Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Dr. Tepper-Levine sees patients Monday-Thursday and two Saturdays a month.

Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Office visits are "fee-for-service" meaning that payment is due in full at the time of each treatment. We will provide you with a Superbill with diagnostic and procedure codes. You can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement, typically as an out-of-network provider. Insurance coverage for osteopathic treatment varies widely between plans and insurers, so check with your plan administrator about any questions on coverage.

Office Fee Schedule

New Patient Visit up to 45 Minutes: $250
- Most children <2 y.o.
New Patient Child Visit up to 60 Minutes: $350
New Patient Adult Visit up to 90 Minutes: $450
Follow-Up Visit Up to 20 Minutes: $150
- Most children <2 y.o.
Follow-Up Visit Up to 30 Minutes: $200
- Most children 2-12 y.o
Follow-Up Visit Up to 45 Minutes: $250
- Most Osteopathic Treatments >12 y.o.
- Complex visits for a child <12 y.o.
Follow-Up Visit Up to 60 Minutes: $300
- More complex Osteopathic cases or patients also require functional medicine evaluation and treatment.
Telemedicine Consults: The time is calculated as the time on the call plus the time it takes for the doctor to finish the paperwork to be sent to you.
- 15 Minutes: $150
- 30 Minutes: $200
- 45 Minutes: $250
- 60 Minutes: $300

Additional charges, determined by the time required, will be applied to: Extended visits beyond scheduled time, lengthy emails that need a comprehensive response, and reports or forms that need to be filled out.

Dr. Tepper-Levine's office is located minutes north of Princeton, NJ. We are conveniently located between Route 1 & Route 27 in historic Kingston, NJ.
